Hawaii’s only watch brand, Bathys, will be disclosing their new line of diver watches at the BaselWorld 2007 event. This is for the first time that Bathys are displaying their watches at Baselworld. At this event Bathys are going to introduce their Benthic watches. The Benthic is Bathys first professional Diver Watch and there are 10 different designs to make a choice. The movement of Benthic watches is powered by an ETA 2892-2 jewel automatic running at 28’800 vph and domed sapphire crystal with antireflection coating. These Diver watches features PVD coated case with silver TiCN at 2 microns, bigger crown, nice rotating bezel and water resistant up to 200M (110 Fathoms, 660 feet). Now you surely want to know the price of these great timepieces! Well, price is yet unknown, but most probably may vary from $1000-$ 1200. And I expect they will be available in June or July.
