After MX-5 and RX-8 Mazda is now bringing an exclusive chronograph. Mazda has joined hands with the German premium watch manufacturer Sinn Spezialuhren Frankfurt to bring to the market an exclusive chronograph inspired by the Japanese firm’s design style. The features of the luxury watch specifically designed and created for Mazda can also be found on Mazda vehicles, such as the rounded square theme found in the air intake, taillights, and door handles, and the silicon rubber watch band shares its design with the tires on the Mazda Hakaze.
Hasip Girgin, the designer of the new Mazda Design Chronograph, has played a key role in the design of a number of production and concept cars over the last 12 years. The Mazda Design Chronograph will be manufactured in a strictly limited edition and will be available in Europe in mid-August of this summer for about $2000.
