Pong on your home-built wristwatch

John Maushammer’s Pong wristwatch is pretty cool. At the very first gaze, I thought this Pong watch is very advanced, and I am sure that you also felt the same! Actually, this is a homemade wristwatch that continuously runs ‘Pong.’ Pong wristwatch uses a PIC microcontroller, a tiny screen, a small battery to fit into the final case. It has a 1.2-inch OLED display that will display the time with a friendly game of Pong. However, watch creator John Maushammer stated, I succeeded in compressing all the electronics for this watch in to a 10mm-thick case. The 96×64 OLED display runs continuously – unlike older LED watches, there is no need to press a button to see the time. Battery life is 25 hours, so recharging is done every night. This wristwatch is not available for sale because it is still in the prototype phases. However, Maushammer is still working on power management.
