Audemars Piguet fans might like this Royal Oak Concept watch. The brand took more than two years to produce this timepiece because of its tedious technology involved in its design and movement. The watch is equipped with both mechanical and manual-winding tourbillion. Finishing is entirely by hands to complete its chamfered and sapphire-blasted plates, bars and bridges in its movement. The case is made of Alacrite 602, which is an alloy of cobalt, chromium, and tungsten used extensively in the aeronautical industry. And the case is made to resist pressure up to 50 bar.

The bezel of Royal Oak Concept watch is made of titanium and is water resistance up to 500m. The case back is transparent with sapphire crystal of 4.13mm thickness. The power reserve indicator is linear at three and shows 1-barrel turn for every 6 hours. It also runs a Dynamograph at 12, which is a mainspring torque indicator.

The strap is made of synthetic fibers that use Audemars Piguet’s clasp system made of titanium and stainless steel. The Royal Oak Concept watch celebrates the 30th anniversary of Royal Oak and comes in a limited edition of 150 pieces only. The price of this timepiece is estimated to be $220,000. Hmm! Quite expensive.
